14th Annual TVEF Fundraising Auction
 
Our 2022 annual Auction will be a hybrid of our traditional in-person event and last year’s completely virtual event. We listened to the feedback in the online survey and hope that you will be a part of one of the many ways we are having fun and raising funds this year! We invite you to join the fun and participate in the way that works best for you.
 
RAFFLE
Buy Tickets: January 10-March 18, 2022  
Drawing Winners: March 25 at the in-person Auction Event & Facebook Live                     
How: Purchase raffle entries from any TVEF board member or online. Entries are 5 entries for $10, 15 entries for $20, 50 entries for $50 and 120 entries for $100.

Purchasing raffle tickets provides your chance to win one of our 9 packages valued at more than $200 each! Tickets are not for specific baskets, but rather provide you entries to win any one of the baskets available in the raffle. Physical tickets will not be provided, rather confirmation through the online payment option will be proof of purchase. Winners will be drawn on Friday, March 25 during the in-person auction event. This portion of the in-person event will be on Facebook Live. Winners must not be present, additional pick up date/location options for winners will be provided. Entries are 5 entries for $10, 15 entries for $20, 50 entries for $50 and 120 entries for $100.
 
SILENT AUCTION               
Bid: Create an account and log-on to bid on any of our virtual silent auction items
When: March 13, 2022 - March 25, 2022 (closes at 10pm on March 25th)
Pick Up: All items will have a designated pick up date/location provided to the winners.

All items will have a minimum starting bid and bid increase minimum of $10. All items will also have a “Buy Now” option if you want to totally take out the competition and make the item yours! The virtual silent auction items will only be available on the virtual silent auction. The virtual silent auction will close on March 26 after the in-person event. All payment(s) for “Buy Now” items and the highest bidder are final at the close of the silent auction on March 26. Payment is credit card through the PCCF platform. At the close of the virtual silent auction on March 26, if you are the highest bidder, you have won the item and your credit card on file will be charged.
 
LIVE AUCTION & RAFFLE WINNERS ANNOUNCED               
When: Friday, March 25, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Cimi’s Bistro at Pinnacle Golf Club in Grove City
Tickets: Tickets will be sold online with the option to buy single tickets or whole tables
Cost: $40/individual ticket OR $750/table of 10 people

Join the fun and celebrate like the Auctions of the past with an in-person event at Cimi’s Bistro at Pinnacle Golf Club! Space is limited, so don’t wait to buy your tickets for this fun event! We will draw the raffle basket winners (winners must not be present) and entice bidders with a dozen of our best donated items during a live auction. Heavy hors devours and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided and a cash bar will be available. Don’t miss out on the return of this great community event!
